This year, due to restrictions by Scot Dance Canada and other organizations with regards to sanctioned events there are limited Highland Gatherings occuring. The Edmonton Scottish Society is putting forth a Highland Festival to celebrate our culture and to give the public so well deserved activities to enjoy. We have 7 dance schools, our Country Dancers, 3 pipe and drum bands, the Heavy and Wee Heavy Events, Whisky Tasting, vendors row, food trucks, bouncy castle, petting zoo, kids crafts and more. Come down and see the sights and sounds of Scotland. Gates at 10:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies at 12:00 and closing ceremonies with Mass Band at 4:00 p.m.
